About Marc Ernaga
Marc Ernaga has over 20 years experience representing technology and growth companies at all stages of development, from seed-stage startups to mature public companies. He has guided clients through private financings (including venture capital and private equity), mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and strategic transactions.
Marc regularly advises entrepreneurs and companies on corporate governance, equity incentive plans, employment matters and intellectual property and commercial transactions. He also represents venture capital firms investing in technology companies.
Prior to joining Momentus Legal, Marc founded LOOME, a Silicon Valley-based firm known for delivering high value expertise. Before that, he spent over a decade in the Palo Alto Office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and earlier in his career, worked at international AM Law 100 firms in California. Marc holds a Juris Doctorate from UC Berkeley School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics (concentration in finance) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
