About Jack Jrada
Jack's immigration practice supports a broad range of clients, including multinational corporate clients as they endeavor to strictly comply with a complex immigration regulatory environment, made more challenging by the outsized impact presidential politics can have on federal agencies involved in immigration compliance and enforcement. Jack also represents individual clients across the immigration legal spectrum, including in connection with family- and humanitarian-based immigration petitions, like marriage based or asylum cases.
Having notched over a decade of experience at some of the U.S.’s largest immigration practices, Jack has developed particular expertise in analyzing and solving for immigration issues as they arise throughout the immigration case lifecycle, including after filing for those looking to supplement or replace their existing immigration support. advises business large and small, new and established, on strategies they can pursue to support key personnel objectives, including planning for international employee transfers, leveraging investments to U.S. entrepreneurial ventures that can qualify for U.S. work visas, like E-2 or L-1A, and considering the array of immigration options available to onboard and retain key employees. He also possesses over a decade of experience guiding employers through the permanent labor certification process under the Department of Labor’s PERM program.
Jack’s experience in navigating the complex web of U.S. work visa options lies in seamlessly coordinating efforts by foreign national employees, human resources professionals, and company management to offer sound immigration advice to individual employees, as well as advise employers on general practices and protocols to ensure immigration compliance when hiring foreign workers. He also guides employers and their representatives in reviewing and auditing prior I-9 or LCA recordkeeping practices, recommending updates to company policies or processes to proactively mitigate existing compliance risks. Jack places particular emphasis on streamlined reporting to deliver his clients with data-based insights on overall program performance and compliance.
Jack earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from New York University in 2011 and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2014. He began his career working alongside renowned solo practitioners in New York and went on to hold key roles at two of the country’s leading immigration firms—Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP (2016–2024) and Greenberg Traurig, LLP (2024–2025).
