We’re excited to share that Jack Jrada has joined Momentus Legal Of Counsel! Jack brings over a decade of immigration law experience, advising both multinational companies and individuals on employment-based visas, compliance, and family- and humanitarian-based petitions.

Jack’s background includes key roles at top national immigration firms, where he supported corporate clients with PERM labor certifications, I-9 audits, and strategies for work visas like the E-2 and L-1A. He also represents individual clients in marriage-based and asylum cases, and serves in leadership roles with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
