Virginia is a seasoned privacy and technology attorney with a track record of advising top-tier companies on data protection, IP, and complex technology transactions. She brings deep expertise in domestic and international privacy laws—including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR—and holds multiple IAPP certifications (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, AIGP, FIP).

Virginia has held senior in-house legal roles at Apple, HP, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and Charles Schwab. She advises clients on privacy compliance, product development, and SaaS and cloud-based licensing.
