We’re Looking for Counsel and Partner Level Attorneys

We are always looking for high-caliber attorneys to join Momentus. Applicants for Counsel or Partner roles should have at least 7 years of prior law firm or in-house counsel experience.
What’s the distinction between Counsel and Partner?

Counsel
A counsel designation is appropriate for attorneys who do not have a significant transferrable book of business, but who have achieved a senior level of legal experience and can provide a reasonably detailed business development plan aimed at creating a book. Momentus will help you execute and refine your plan upon joining, but our compensation system is based on client collections, so it’s important our senior lawyers have a vision and a game plan of their own to develop client work.

Partner
Partner level attorneys have a transferrable book of business sufficient to support their workload and to contribute to other workloads within the firm. Attorneys seeking a partner designation will be asked to provide an overview of their transferrable book of business.
